Here they are making sure everyone in their group will be able to play our key word game- river of death!

The class worked in pairs to write a postcard from 17thC Edinburgh describing what the city was like...
Each pair had their postcard assessed by the rest of the class:
We have looked at the rather sinister meaning behind the rhyme 'ring a ring a roses'...
And we have investigated the causes of the plague...
The class used their imaginations and some percussion instruments to write a rap that will help them remember what caused the plague and some of the worst causes!
Now the class are working on Public Health Warning leaflets- making them as factually and historically accurate as possible!
