Giant diagram

Pupils were working on creating a giant diagram of a cell this morning to go with our huge DNA double helix molecule.

Some pupils were using tissue paper to create the cell wall:




Others were wrapping wool around straws to represent the coiled strand of DNA of a chromosome:







And others were working on getting clear, concise definitions of each part of the cell for our labels:




The last group were tea staining a roll of paper to create a scroll for our class poem about identity:
